Elohist

The Great Creator

The philosophy of the Elohist religion is that “The creator is in their heaven and all is right with the world.” They believe that the creators of the material plane, the Elohim, created this plane as a great machine that they set first into motion, and then left to its own devices. This “religion” is a philosophy that grew out of the renaissance and later on the philosophers of a time called the Enlightenment when thinkers began to look critically at all the religions, and determined that many of them shared the same core tenants, and therefore must all be aspects of the same entity, which they believe to be a plane-creating creature called an Elohim. While they hold believe that the Elohim will reward good and punish evil they have no formal religion and have no clerics or churches. Instead, it is likely that wizards and alchemists will follow this philosophy of looking at the universe.
